To Customers using a PC

  1. In the case of using a free e-mail

    If you use a free e-mail as hotmail.com/hotmail.co.jp/yahoo.co.jp/goo.co.jp and so on, you cannot receive a e-mail since the server maybe control even the address is no problem of using to normal.

    If you didn't receive e-mail from us, please check your junk mail folder or change mail setting to receive our mail.


  2. In the case of set of using mail soft

    It may be deleted our e-mail automatically by the set of using mail soft or security soft.

    Our e-mail may be in your Trash Box, please check it.

To Customers using a cell-phone and smartphone

If you can receive only your specified e-mail address by setting of a cell-phone and smartphone, you don't receive our e-mail.

In that case, you need to set a specified e-mail address by a cell-phone and smartphone for adding BIGLEMON e-mail address (@biglemon.jp).

The setting method is different with each carrier (Docomo,au,softbank), please check and set.
